Physiotherapy Near Seven Hills
Seven Hills has always been a working suburb — Seven Hills Industrial Estate, the trade and manufacturing businesses around Old Windsor Road, the construction crews working all over the M2 corridor. The patients we see reflect that: tradesmen with shoulder and back injuries from years of physical work, factory workers with repetitive strain injuries, construction workers recovering from acute incidents on site, and the working families behind them dealing with the wear and tear of demanding lives.
Our Pendle Hill clinic is an 8-minute drive via the M2 or Old Windsor Road — easy access from anywhere in Seven Hills, with free on-site parking. We offer after-work appointments for shift workers and Saturday slots for tradies who can’t take time off mid-week, plus a tradesman-friendly approach that doesn’t preach ‘rest’ as if that’s a realistic option.

What We Treat
Our physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions for patients across the Seven Hills area.
Tradie Back & Shoulder Injuries
Years of lifting, twisting, overhead work, and awkward positions take a toll. We treat the actual injury patterns we see in real tradies — not generic ‘office worker’ advice that doesn’t apply.
Repetitive Strain
Factory workers, assembly line operators, machine operators — repetitive movements over long shifts cause specific injury patterns to wrists, elbows, shoulders, and lower back.
Construction Site Injuries
Acute injuries from falls, lifting, heavy machinery, and impact. WorkCover-approved care with no out-of-pocket cost and full AHTR paperwork handled by us.
Knee Pain From Kneeling
Plumbers, tilers, electricians, painters — long hours kneeling cause patellar bursitis, meniscus issues, and chronic anterior knee pain. Treatable with targeted intervention.
Overhead Shoulder Pain
Painters, electricians, scaffolders, mechanics — repetitive overhead reaching causes rotator cuff issues, impingement, and shoulder bursitis. Common and treatable.
Lower Back Lifting Injuries
Acute lifting strains and chronic lower back pain from years of physical work — assessed properly and treated with a clear plan to get you back to work without risking re-injury.

Seven Hills Physiotherapy — Common Questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from Seven Hills patients.
I work full-time on site — when can I actually come in?
We have appointments until 7pm weeknights and Saturday 9am–2pm. Most tradies book a 6pm or 6:30pm slot during the week and that works fine. Saturday is the busiest slot — book a few days ahead for that.
My boss told me to claim WorkCover but I’ve never done it before — how does it work?
You see your GP first to get a Certificate of Capacity and lodge the claim with your employer’s insurer. Once you have a claim number, we direct-bill your insurer — you pay nothing out of pocket. We handle the AHTR (Allied Health Treatment Request) paperwork on your behalf at every session. It’s straightforward, we do it daily.
How quickly can I get back to work?
Depends on the injury, your role, and your employer’s modified-duties options. For most acute soft-tissue injuries, we’re targeting return to modified duties within 1–2 weeks and full duties within 4–8 weeks. We’re realistic — we won’t keep you off work longer than necessary.
Can you treat me if I’m self-employed without WorkCover?
Yes. Many of our Seven Hills patients are self-employed tradies. We accept private payment, HICAPS for instant private health rebates, and Medicare bulk billing for eligible chronic conditions with a GP referral. We’ll work out the most cost-effective option for your situation.
Visit our dedicated condition pages for in-depth information on common physiotherapy conditions: back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, shoulder bursitis, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, knee pain, neck pain, Achilles tendinopathy, and headaches.
