Who We Treat at Pendle Hill

Trades & manual workers

Lifting injuries, knee pain, and repetitive strain. WorkCover direct billed with no gap.

Families & parents

Neck and shoulder pain from lifting children, postural strain, and chronic tension.

NDIS participants

Mobility, falls prevention, functional strength and equipment support. Clinic-based or home visits.

Older adults

Commuters & desk workers

Neck pain, headaches, and lower back stiffness from long travel and desk hours.

Why Choose Hopevana at Pendle Hill

Choosing a physiotherapist is about credentials, clinical approach, and access. Here’s what we bring to every appointment at our Pendle Hill clinic — no marketing spin, just the qualifications and standards we’re held to.

AHPRA Registered Clinicians

Every practitioner is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (registration PHY0002137736) and must meet ongoing continuing professional development standards each year.

SIRA Approved for WorkCover

SIRA Approved Provider Number 15827. That means we can direct-bill NSW WorkCover and CTP insurers, and we operate within the SIRA Fees and Practice Standards for injured workers.

Registered NDIS Provider

Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for Therapeutic Supports. We accept self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants — no plan type gets turned away.

Evidence-Based Practice

Treatment is grounded in current clinical guidelines for musculoskeletal care — hands-on manual therapy paired with graded loading and education, rather than passive treatment alone.

Six-Day Booking Access

Monday to Friday 8am—7pm and Saturday 9am—2pm — designed for shift workers, tradies and commuters who can’t take time off for daytime appointments.

Full Funding Coverage

Medicare bulk billing, NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, DVA (White and Gold Card) and every major private health fund via HICAPS — under one roof, with one intake process.

Conditions We Treat at Pendle Hill

Our physiotherapists treat the full range of musculoskeletal conditions — from acute back and neck injuries to long-standing tendinopathies. Visit any condition page below for detailed information on assessment, treatment approach, and what to expect.

If you’re not sure whether physiotherapy is right for your condition, call us on 0411 057 420 and we’ll help you decide before you book. Complex or post-surgical presentations are welcome — we work alongside your GP, surgeon or specialist wherever needed.

How to Pay for Your Treatment

Most patients pay nothing at the time of treatment.

Our Pendle Hill clinic accepts every major funding pathway, and we handle the paperwork end-to-end. That means no invoicing you first and asking you to claim it back later — where a scheme allows direct billing, we use it. If you’re unsure which pathway applies to you, our reception team will check your eligibility before your first appointment.

Your First Visit at Pendle Hill

Here’s what happens from the moment you walk through the door. We keep the process simple, and we don’t upsell. Treatment always starts in your first appointment — no assessment-only visits that leave you wondering what’s next.

1

Assessment (30 minutes)

A full history and physical assessment to identify the actual source of your pain, not just where it hurts. We screen for red flags and explain what we find in plain language.

2

Hands-on Treatment

Manual therapy, soft tissue release, dry needling, joint mobilisation, or shockwave depending on your condition. Treatment starts in your first session.

3

Your Plan

A clear home program and a realistic timeframe. You’ll know how many sessions you’re likely to need and what you’re working towards.

Standard appointments are 30 minutes. No referral is needed for private patients.

Serving Western Sydney

Patients travel to our Pendle Hill clinic from across Western Sydney. We also provide NDIS home visit physiotherapy throughout the region for participants who can’t easily travel.
