Expert Physiotherapy in Homebush
Hopevana’s Homebush clinic sits on The Crescent, a two-minute walk from Homebush station, with parking on site. We treat back and neck pain, sports and work injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and persistent joint problems — and we bill Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, NDIS and DVA directly, so most people pay nothing on the day.

Services Available at Homebush
The Homebush clinic offers the same services as Pendle Hill. Which of these we use depends on your assessment, not on a fixed protocol.
- Physiotherapy — assessment, hands-on treatment and a graded exercise program you can actually follow.
- NeuroKinetic Therapy — muscle testing used to work out which muscles are compensating and why a problem keeps returning.
- Shockwave therapy — used for stubborn tendon problems. See shockwave therapy.
- Remedial massage — available as a standalone appointment. See remedial massage in Homebush.
- Dry needling and acupuncture — for muscle tension and pain, where appropriate.
- Cupping — usually alongside hands-on treatment rather than on its own.

Your First Visit at Homebush
Before you arrive
Bring any referral, scan reports, and your claim or plan number if you are using WorkCover, CTP, NDIS or DVA. Wear clothing you can move in.
The assessment
We take a history, then test how you move. The aim is to find what is driving the problem rather than only where it hurts.
Treatment on the day
Most first appointments include hands-on treatment as well as assessment, so you leave having started rather than only having been examined.
Your plan
You leave with a clear explanation of what we found, what we are going to do about it, and what you should do between appointments.
Serving the Inner West
The Homebush clinic is the closest Hopevana location for people in Strathfield, Lidcombe, Auburn, Concord, Burwood, Croydon and Sydney Olympic Park. Treatment for all of these suburbs happens at the Homebush clinic — we do not have a separate site in any of them.

Common Questions — Homebush Clinic
Where exactly is the Homebush physio clinic?
We are at 17A The Crescent, Homebush NSW 2140. It is a two-minute walk from Homebush station, and there is parking on site with access from The Crescent.
Do I need a referral to see a physio in Homebush?
No. You can book privately without a referral. You only need a referral if you are claiming through Medicare, DVA, or in some cases WorkCover and CTP, where the scheme requires it.
Is physiotherapy bulk billed at Homebush?
Medicare bulk billing is available through a GP Chronic Disease Management plan, which covers up to five allied health visits per calendar year. Your GP decides whether you are eligible and issues the referral.
Will I pay anything on the day?
For WorkCover, CTP, NDIS, DVA and bulk-billed Medicare appointments we bill the scheme directly, so there is nothing to pay at the clinic. Private health extras are claimed on the spot through HICAPS and you pay only the gap.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Early and late weekday appointments book out first, so it is worth calling ahead if you need one.
How do I choose a physio in Homebush?
Check the practitioner is registered with AHPRA, ask whether the first appointment includes a movement assessment rather than treatment alone, and ask which funding pathways the clinic bills directly. Those three answers tell you most of what you need to know.
Can you treat me if my injury happened at work or in a car accident?
Yes. Hopevana is a SIRA-approved provider, approval number 15827, and bills both WorkCover and CTP insurers directly. Notify your insurer first so a claim or reference number exists before your appointment.
