Choose by proximity. Patients in the Inner West (Strathfield, Lidcombe, Concord, Burwood, Auburn, Sydney Olympic Park) typically attend our Homebush clinic. Patients in Western Sydney (Wentworthville, Westmead, Toongabbie, Seven Hills, Parramatta, Blacktown) typically attend Pendle Hill. Both clinics have weekday availability; only Homebush is open Saturdays. NDIS participants who can’t travel can access home visits across the region.
For private and most NDIS appointments, no referral is needed — physiotherapists in Australia are primary contact practitioners. For Medicare CDM bulk billing, WorkCover, CTP, DVA, and some NDIS plans, a referral from your GP or relevant body is required.
A Hopevana physiotherapist comes to your home with portable equipment for assessment and treatment. We cover all of Western Sydney including Fairfield, Liverpool, Bankstown, Cabramatta, Campbelltown, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and surrounding suburbs. We accept self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed plans.
We bulk bill under Medicare’s CDM/EPC program for eligible patients with a GP referral. Standard private appointments have a fee with HICAPS rebates available. WorkCover, CTP, NDIS, and DVA appointments are direct-billed to the relevant body at no out-of-pocket cost.
